Stalling

So I'm stalling. I know I am due for another house post and the three of you out there that are following this parade of home of mine will just have to wait until next week. I am placing myself on sabbatical until I can keep my head above water. There are lots of reasons for this....babies being born, homework to get caught up on with my peeps, and the fact that I would have to clean a room in order to photograph it and I can't see over the piles of laundry to find my camera. However, in the meantime, check out www.allegrofabrics.com and go find yourself some fantastic fabric to make your children some clothing. I did last week and look at this bundle of deliciousness that arrived yesterday. So in all my free time this weekend, I plan on sewing up some dresses. Yeah, who I am kidding...the sassy seamstress is so makin' me some clothes in the next few days.

See you next week...

Amy

I am one of your three readers ;)
and I totally support your sabbatical!
I can't wait for more of the house tour, but...go snuggle that beautiful nephew!
Blessings to you,
Lana
PS I have 3 kids, too--2 girls and baby Thomas (who just turned 4, so I suppose he's no longer a baby...sadness...)

I just started following your blog so I guess you now have 4 readers;)!!! It's always good to take abreak and get caught up...blogging can wait...precious ones are so much more important.

I can't wait to see the clothes that are made from that gorgeous fabric and I am so excited to see more of your beautiful home.

Have a wonderful day!!!

so i am SO glad you got the blue and orange, bc i LOVE it and just for some reason have not bought it. gotta love linda at allegro. :)

i will give you a break on the tour just bc i totally understand not being able to find a camer due to stuff being strewn throughout the house (well, at least it is that way at mine. things have been a bit bonkers since i opened orders...and had to close 3 days later). but....no stalling, i will keep on you like you keep on me.

ps - i know i didn't post pics of the new room, same reasons as you. there are still screwdrivers, sawdust, drills, pillows unfinished, a ladder and a pneumatic framing nailer laying around that we continue to step over, but not pick up. :)

happy weekend friend.

Hey!!! I too am one of your "few" followers, especially on the house series! No pressure, but can't wait for the next installment. I am actually a little bit relieved that real life gets in the way of Superwoman sometimes too;) Love,
Shell

I am a dedicated Playing Sublimely fan!!! Totally understand that life gets crazy. We are about to head off to Europe so I am in the midst of packing which is always interesting! Love the fabric! My MIL just made her first pillow case dress so I am totally geeked!! I see many pillowcase dresses in our future which is perfect for our area as long as it has a big bow to go with it!

I am thinking about starting a blog or iWeb when I get back. I would love to hear from you. I posted my email on your sweet blog about the tooth. If all calms down (right...) shoot me a note!

"See" you in two weeks!!
