My fraternal twin girls

I have always loved the idea of having twins, but most certainly could never imagine the reality of what it is like to be the mother of two infants at the same time. So I decided on these two, much less maintenance set of fraternal twins. Make no mistake, they are every bit as fussy as any pair of real life twins could ever be!

This was what they looked like in their former life. They were begging to be made over.

She is a little more uptight than her sister, but I love her all the same.

Here is my practical girl, but still lovely.

This is their wild child sister that was "not planned". She's a doll, is she not?

Now go paint or recover something, you won't be disappointed. And if ever in doubt, choose pink, no matter what your cute carpenter husband says.

Love them! I would be afraid of pink but somehow you can pull it off. They really do look nice.

You have to show me how you did this! I'm so jealous and they look fab!

they're so great! i would have done something similar before I was married (as far as color), but my husband would veto it in a heartbeat. He's got an eye for decor, he puts me to shame sometimes, but pink never seems to make it into his color scheme. ha! i love how the chairs are similar but not, especially the bones. great job!
